The mirror reflected back…
eyes deeply set
as if in search for a gist..
lips curved down…
just then she remembered
how people would praise her once
for the beauty she beholds..
she pushed up those lips
trying hard to bring those smile
from heart…
nevertheless, she realised
her eyes couldn’t hold anymore…
